Share the joy of Movement to the uplifting Music and meet your Inner natural dancer as one gradually soars into a playful explosion of free dance Photography.

We at AsHuNyA were always intrigue by logic how movement Arts can be captured through Stills…..
Conceptualizing for this project started couple of months back until we decided to run it through. The decision was tough as to how to execute it.

The Idea was very simple to work with like-minded innovative people with a sense of uniqueness in each one of them.
We want to make it a collaboration of diverse and creative minds at work in the best possible manner…

With so many ingenious minds at work together, the result will be stupendous. Everyone is creative was the On:ly thing I knew.....
It's an EXPERIMENTAL SHOOT that aims to find the result of the union of two art forms photpgraphy and dance.

This lead to the final conclusion: -

PROFILES........

Ratna: -
High-spirited, expressive, multi faceted personality with immense flair and inclination for Visual and Performing Arts. She has been exposed to Indian Classical since childhood. Bharatnatyam exponent who loves to emote and perform.
She has incorporated her strong foundation of dance to Salsa which has created a new dimension in the Salsa scene, very pure and distinctive.
And now she confirms to be Salsa aficionado.Extremely talented and unbelievably proactive!

Pratik: -
He is undoubtedly a person who can be best described as an 'authentic mover'. He embodies the rare and unique characteristics of someone who is constantly thirsty to educate himself and break down ideas into their fundamentals in his unending quest to find his own personal truth about movement. An independent and critical thinker, Pratik seldom lets himself approach life solely on its face value. His strong individuality combined with a rich passion for dancing are expressed in everything he does. He emanates a deep and pure energy which not only makes him a fabulous dancer but an even better partner.
Having trained in several forms of dancing, Pratik does not let himself be confined by the labels of a salsero, ballerina, jazz or hip-hop artist. His mind, body and soul embody all the characteristics into a singular art of movement. To him dance forms are merely the branches of a tree, whose roots are one and the same. He is a dancer in the truest and best sense of the word.

We have been dancing Salsa together for last 6 months. Being from different cultures we still acquire same School of Thoughts. We have worked on different ventures in terms of Arts as a whole. We are here to connect with the masses in the purest form of performance i.e. manifestation of life.

We believe in expressing through Dance via Movement Arts.

MOVEMENT ARTS.......For the first time in 2004 when I was exposed to Movement Arts I was drawn by the sheer inquisitiveness of the possibilities of how our body can maneuver in all possible ways. Sometimes wondered with a thought how the creator had shaped our immaculate body to Feel, Sense and reciprocate any emotion in the form of movement.
Now I have realized that dance or any other Art form is very personal form of expression which can’t be instructed upon but can only be pushed beyond limits.
Dance especially among other disciplines of Art is much more than just physical and mental expression of Thoughts, Ideas and Expression.
Its involvement captivates both the mental and physical aspects to a higher plane of Happiness, Satisfaction and Spiritual gratification.
The passage may be different from individual to In-diVi-DuAL but in the end the destination is the same --- Exploration of SELF to SELF.
Curious by nature, we all are intrigued by the potential that we possess….We always challenge & surprise our limits and over the period of time we have proved that there is always something more to us, that we are capable of.
And it is this passion which is a manifestation of life.

ABOUT ME.........“My soul loves flying across the horizons, discovering new worlds, traverse new mediums & realizing the dream to interpret the unknown. Yes, I challenge myself every time to invoke the winner within. I communicate & express, Therefore I exist.” This communication is primarily through a beautiful phenomenon called DANCE by virtue of which I communicate & exist. My life was an intricate labyrinth until I discovered dance that gave not only a definite purpose to my life but also re-defined it with substance. Being an introvert, dance and movement opened a new dimension in my life where I could express myself and discover my ingenuity & pre-dilation for visual arts. Dance keeps the child in me alive, who wants to fly the horizon, learn the impossible & master the imagination.

It can be beautifully summarized in the words of Susan Botney who said,

“You don't wake up one morning and say, I will become a dancer. You wake up one morning and realize you've been a dancer all your life...and you say to yourself, I am a dancer. I am dance. I am life.”

SEARCH NEVER ENDS.........All my life I have been in search, until I realized Search Never Ends. After completing my Education till date I'm at a stage of my life where I am, what I am. And my reflection can be mirrored through AsHuNyA, Contemporary School of Thoughts.
This Blog is an extension to all my ideologies and philosophy towards Life. This is the extrovert side of me.

Today I'm one of the proprietors of AsHuNyA, and I welcome everyone to indulge.
